1. Can we host the system ourselves?
Yes, MicroGrade Online is available as a stand-alone appliance that you can host at your site.

2. Can I use the system as an individual teacher?
Unfortunately, MicroGrade Online is only available for site license users at this time.

3. Does Chariot plan to discontinue WebGrade and/or MicroGrade?
No, the desktop version of MicroGrade and the WebGrade service will continue to be sold and supported.

4. We're concerned about security and hackers. What protection do you provide?
MicroGrade Online is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring that all data sent to and from MicroGrade Online is encrypted.

5. Can I upload my MicroGrade class files to MicroGrade Online?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to do this.

6. Can I upload a file of my students to MicroGrade Online?
Yes, MicroGrade Online is designed to allow teachers and administrators to easily upload student data and other information.

7. Can I keep attendance on MGO?
Yes, MicroGrade includes an attendance module.

8. Can I download my class information from MGO to my computer?
Yes, MicroGrade Online allows individual classes to be backed up to an XML file if necessary.

9. Can our school download all MGO classes, assignments, and grades to our School Information System?
Yes, an administrator can download all classes and grades to a text file for import into an SIS.

10. Can students log in with one ID and password to see all of their classes?
Yes, MicroGrade Online is designed so that students only need one ID and password.
