MicroGrade Online is site licensed to each school or college. MicroGrade Online is not available for individual use. The site license fee is $1,995 per year and that price includes system access for 50 instructors and unlimited number of classes. The price also includes web access for students and/or parents to check the class syllabus, individual grades and class progress. A small school or departmental license is available for up to 12 instructors at a school or department. The departmental license fee is $500 per year and it includes all of the service items available for the school-wide license. Incremental fees are also available: each instructor up to 50 per license is $40 per year; each instructor over 50 per license is $20 per year.
