Step 1: Sign up for a new account

Step 6: Set up grade standards for your classes
- Click the Settings link that appears on the left-hand side of the page under the title of your class
- The Settings page will load. Click on Define Grading Standards
- The Grading Standards page will appear. On this page, you can set up the grades you want to use for your
class including the letter grades, the points needed to attain each grade, as well as the background colors
for each grade that will be displayed on the grade pages.
- If you want to:
- Change a grade name: Click on the field for that grade and enter the desired grade name
- Change the cutoff for a grade: Click on the cutoff field and enter a new grade
- Change a grade background color: Click on the color field and a color picker will appear. You can
move the slider up and down the spectrum to select a particular color range, then choose the
shade of color you want by clicking on it. Click the Close Window button to apply your changes. The color
you selected will be used as the background color for that grade when grades are viewed by you or your
students.
- Delete a grade: Click the X icon next to the grade you want to delete
- Add a grade: Click the Add Row button and a new row will be added to the bottom of the table.
- When you are finished changing the grades - click the Update Grade Standards button to save your changes. If you
want to reset the grade standards, click the "reload the default standards" link.
