MicroGrade Online Home > Tutorials > Adding Users

MicroGrade Online is designed for both instructors and administrators. Administrators can perform necessary tasks such as uploading student rosters, adding staff members, downloading grades for import into student information systems, and much more. You may add as many administrators as you need without counting against the number of licensed users.

Instructors can perform all the necessary tasks including setting up classes, entering grades, emailing students and parents, and much more. Only instructors will count against your total of licensed users.

Additionally, MicroGrade Online also includes the ability to set up counselor accounts for faculty members who need to be able to view grades and student information. Like administrators, these accounts also do not count against your license total.
