MicroGrade Online includes an attendance module to allow teachers to easily mark attendance for any of their classes. Administrators may configure the attendance codes in the system to add/delete codes for their particular school's needs, including special codes to record attendance for state-required attendance data.
1. Click the System Setup link that appears under the My School header on the right-hand side of the page
2. The System Setup page will load. Click the Attendance Codes link.
3. The Attendance Codes page will appear. The default codes are Present, Absent, Tardy and Excused.
If you need to change any of the values in the Code, Name or ADA Value fields, simply click on that field and
enter a new value.
If you need to change the display color for any attendance code, simply click on the Color field for that code and
a color picker will appear. Select a color you wish to use, then click the Close Window button to close the color picker. 4. You may also add and delete codes as needed.
To delete a code: Simply click the red "X" next to a code and that row will be removed.
To add a new code: Simply clikc the Add Row button. A new blank row will be added to the bottom of the table. 5. If you want to reset the default set of attendance codes, simply use the "Click here to reload the default standards link" that appears at the bottom of the page. |
