MicroGrade Online logs all score changes so administrators can easily search for and view any grade changes that have been made in the system.

1. Click the System Setup link that appears under the My School header on the right-hand side of the page

2. The System Setup page will load. Click the Score Change Log link.

3. The Score Change Log page will appear.You can search for a particular student only, or you may search all grades in the system within a particular date range. The results will display the student's name, the change made, the date, the time and the user's name/IP address, allowing you to verify whether the change was made from a school computer or elsewhere.
