The Chariot Guarantee [Back To Top] Your satisfaction is guaranteed on every order. If you're not completely satisfied with the products you select, you may return them to us in resaleable condition within 30 days for a complete credit or refund (minus shipping). Please call our office for a return goods authorization number (RGA) prior to returning any products. Returns received without an RGA number will take longer to be processed. We do not maintain an inventory of evaluation copies and cannot accept preview orders.
