Defining Student Attributes

Previous   Contents   Next

Attributes can group students who share characteristics. For example, you may need to keep track of students who are pulled out of your classroom for resource or gifted programs. In this example, Pull-out represents the attribute and the reason why students are pulled out of class. You may assign a value to the attribute such as: resource, music, or gifted.

  1. From the Students menu, choose Edit Student Attributes.
  2. To create an attribute, click on the Add New Attribute radio button.
  3. Type the attribute name in the Title text box, then click Add.
  4. To continue, click OK.
