Use the Preferences for Display, Reports and Sorting dialog to show or hide the toolbar, determine the font and type size used on-screen and in printed reports. This dialog also determines other reporting options.
From the Edit menu, choose Preferences For.
From the Preferences For hierarchical menu, choose Display and Sorting.
