1. Click the Edit menu and select Preferences For > Palm.
2. The Palm Options dialog will appear. Make sure that the box labeled "Sync This Grading Period With My Palm" is checked. You may also specify the name you want to use on the Palm as well as how to update the class on the Palm and your desktop computer. When finished, click the OK button and press the HotSync button on your cradle.
