To view a screenshot that illustrates each step, click on any of the steps listed below.

1. Click on the Edit menu and select "Setup Categories"
2. The Setup Categories dialog will appear. Click on a category you want to drop the lowest score in.
3. Enter a value such as 1 in the "Number of Low Scores To Drop" box, then click OK.
4. You should now see that the lowest score in that category has been dropped for each student. Dropped scores are indicated with a "d" mark.
