Emailing Reports
To view a screenshot that illustrates each step, click on any of the steps listed below.
1.
Click the Reports menu and select the report you want to email.

The report's dialog will appear. You can set up the report options just as if you were preparing it to be printed. When you're finished setting up your report, click the "Output To:" drop-down menu, select one of the email options such as Email 1, then click the OK button to continue.

The next screen that appears will prompt you for a subject. You can use the default title or enter your own if you like. When ready, click the OK button.
4.
A progress indicator will appear briefly as the reports are emailed. When it disappears, your reports have been successfully emailed.
