To qualify: Upgrades and replacements are available to registered users only. A user can only by registered by mailing or faxing the registration card or proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) from the original package. No other forms of registration are acceptable. If in doubt call (858) 270-0202 or contact Sales before ordering to ensure that your program is registered.

Note: Upgrades and replacements are available only directly from Chariot Software Group. Please note that a program registered by a school can be upgraded using a school check, school credit card or purchase order only -- no personal checks or credit cards please.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on every order. If you're not completely satisfied with the products you select, you may return them to us in resaleable condition within 30 days for a complete credit or refund (minus shipping). Please call our office for a return goods authorization number (RGA) prior to returning any products. Returns received without an RGA number will take longer to be processed. We do not maintain an inventory of evaluation copies and cannot accept preview orders.
