With MicroTest Pro, the Select Menu offers an alternative way to quickly select questions from one chapter. If you have previously selected questions for your test, options chosen from the Select Menu will override all existing selections. The Select Menu does not appear until a test is open. If needed, see Creating a New Test or Opening an Existing Test . If test sections are desired, they should be created before using this menu option (see Using Test Sections ).

The Select Menu offers the following options:

Odd Questions - Selects all odd questions within a chapter.

Even Questions - Selects all even questions within a chapter.

All Questions - Selects all questions within a chapter.

Displayed Question - Selects the question currently displayed in the Edit Questions window.

Auto Select - see Auto Select .

Reorder Questions - see Reordering Test Questions .

Unselect Questions - see Unselecting Test Questions .

If you have more than one section in your test, remember to choose a section from the Test menu before choosing options from the Select menu.

IMPORTANT: If there are strongly linked questions you cannot use the "Odd" or "Even" option, as selecting one selects all. See Linking Questions to Figures for more information.
