The steps required to import questions from an RTF file into MicroTest Pro are described below.

1. Click on the File menu and select Import > MicroTest Format RTF File

2. The Select An RTF File To Import dialog will appear. Locate the RTF file containing the questions you wish to import and click on it to select it, then click the Open button to proceed.

3. The RTF Analysis Report dialog will appear. At this point, MicroTest Pro will analyze your RTF file and determine if there are any questions to be imported and display any errors it encountered during the process. Once it completes the analysis process, click the Import button to proceed.

4. A progress indicator will appear briefly as your questions are imported. When the progress indicator disappears, your questions have been imported successfully.
