1. Open a question bank in MicroTest Pro and select the chapter you wish to add a figure to by clicking on it to highlight it.
2. Go to the Window menu and select Display/Edit Figures. This will open the Display/Edit Figures window.
3. The Display/Edit Figures window will appear and display a blank figure. Enter a name for your figure in the box labeled "Figure a)", then enter the text for the figure or paste your graphic into the figure window. When you are finished, click the Save button. Your figure will be saved and the program will skip to the next blank figure.
4. Select the question you want to link this figure to and open the Edit Questions window. In the Edit Questions window, select the figure you created from the "Figure" drop-down box. Click Save when you are finished. The figure will now print with this question.
