1. Start MicroTest. The Welcome To MicroTest dialog will appear. Click on the "New Bank" button.
2. The New Question Bank dialog will appear. You do not need to fill this dialog in right now, and you may always add or change this information later. Click OK to proceed.
3. The Name The New Question Bank dialog will appear. Enter a name for your question bank (e.g. NewBank) and click the Save button.
4. You should now see the Table of Contents screen. Note that the title of your question bank is displayed at the top.
