Learn About the New MicroGrade Site License Plan

The new site license plan for MicroGrade is flexible, economical and easy to understand. We have converted our licensing to a per-user system to ensure that schools only have to pay for what they need. Schools and departments can license all platforms of MicroGrade for 10 users for $300.

Use Our Training Materials for a MicroGrade In-Service

If your school or district needs new ideas for its next in-service, consider offering a MicroGrade training session. Both new and experienced users can benefit from a short course in how to get the most out of MicroGrade.

Chariot has created MicroGrade training materials that are available at no cost to our MicroGrade users. You can download any of our instructional aids directly from our web site. Our Power Point presentation will be of interest to all levels of MicroGrade users. It contains over 50 slides that will help new users get started and help MicroGrade veterans brush up on the basics. Your school can edit this presentation to target specific needs.

Also available is a special reference document written for site technology coordinators. This guide addresses important issues such as generating interest in computerized gradekeeping and creating class files using data imported from school information systems. It is a must-read before conducting an in-service.

For users that prefer interactive learning, Chariot also offers an online training center. The training center includes workshops that allow users to study MicroGrade’s features and assess their progress. Each topic includes learning activities with self-study questions and quizzes. Users can review each study module and take a comprehensive exam to test their overall MicroGrade knowledge.

The MicroGrade study center is ideal for individual, small-group and school or district-wide training. Users will be able to log in to the training center from any computer with Internet access. Check our web site for updates and watch for announcements about this new resource that will be available soon.

A Helpful Hint from Our Technical Support Team

Did you know that WebGrade has a Notice feature that allows you to broadcast a message to the entire class. To create and post a notice:

1. If you have previously uploaded WebGrade reports, log into your account at this URL: http://webgrade.classmanager.com. This will allow you to bypass the upload process.
2. Once you have logged in, click the Notice button for the desired class report.
3. You will be taken to the Notice page. From this page, you can enter a title and a message for your notice. You will also be asked to select a Start and End date for your notice.
4. To post your notice, click the Submit button. The notice will appear each time students or parents access your WebGrade reports until the notice expires.
