Tip of the Month: Transferring Categories and Assignments One of the most frequently requested features for the new version of MicroGrade was the ability to transfer categories and assignments from one class to another. Anyone teaching multiple sections of the same course will find this new feature extremely useful.
In order to provide more responsive technical support to MicroGrade users, we have launched a new online tech support center, eSupport. eSupport assigns a “ticket number” to each tech support request sent by our users. With a ticket number, a response to your support request is ensured and you will be able to view the status of your tech support request online at any time. Using eSupport is very simple:
Why Does Chariot Only Provide Technical Support Via Email? Chariot, like most other software companies, no longer provides telephone technical support. Typically, when users called in with a problem, they didn’t have the time to provide a complete explanation. We have found that when users can better articulate their problem, our tech support personnel can more quickly supply a solution. Email allows users to take all the time they need to explain their specific problem.
