WebGrade
is a subscription-based service that lets teachers upload grade and attendance information to the WebGrade site hosted by Chariot Software Group.
We hope the following FAQs prove helpful. If you have questions concerning specific grades or assignments, please contact the teacher or the school administration.
1. Why cant I find all of my teachers on the site?
Using WebGrade is optional and it is possible that some of your teachers have chosen not to use the service. You may wish to contact the teachers to see if they need any technical assistance from Chariot.
2. Why cant I log in?
Each teacher using WebGrade has to provide a log in ID and a password for each student in the class. Teachers can send that information to the student by email or by a printed report. If you have received the log in information for a class but cannot access your grades, please contact your teacher to verify that the log in information is correct.
3. How secure is the WebGrade service?

4. Why doesn't eClassInfo use the HTTPS protocol?
Using the HTTPS protocol would cause a much longer load time when attempting to view grades on WebGrade. This would
cause a significant problem for our numerous users who access WebGrade via a dialup modem
5. Why do I need to have a different password and log in ID for each teacher?
There are two versions of the WebGrade system available. This version is for individual teachers at schools who chose not to site license the system for the entire school. Each class requires a separate log in ID and password.
The site-licensed version of WebGrade requires only one password and log in to see all grades posted. To see a demo of the site-licensed version of WebGrade, click here.
6. How can I email my teacher(s)?
The WebGrade system gives teachers the option of choosing to receive email from students and parents. There is a link on the teachers index page labeled "Click here to send email to instructor". You may wish to contact your teacher to determine if that feature is enabled.
7. Why do cookies have to be enabled to access my reports?
WebGrade uses cookies to store your ID and password when you log in to see your grades.
8. What are Cookies?
Cookies are very small files that store information about your computer. They do not harm your computer or allow the collection of any personal information about you.
