- Each site licensed school using WebGrade will be provided with an exclusive
Webgrade site hosted by Chariot, customized with your school's logo if desired.
- WebGrade requires only one ID and password to access all of your classes,
eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords for each class.
- WebGrade now includes an administrative module to give your school's administrative
personnel immediate access to student and grade information.
- WebGrade now includes a multiple upload function
that allows multiple classes to be uploaded to WebGrade simultaneously.
- If your school has arranged for their PTA or local business to sponsor their
WebGrade site, the system provides space to display a sponsor acknowledgement
and link to the sponsor's website if desired.
- WebGrade is compliant with the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act
(FERPA) and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The system
does not store or display student demographic information.
- All data transmitted from MicroGrade is encrypted for additional privacy.
- Students or parents may change their password or other account information at
any time.
