WebTest is hosted on Chariot's web servers. No investment in hardware and software is necessary. The only requirement for accessing a test or a tutorial is a computer with an Internet connection.

Users login to the system by going directly to a unique web address and entering their name and identification number. Alternatively, they can access the center by going through the client's web site. Once access has been granted, users select the study material or test from the menus on the WebTest home page. The WebTest home page can be customized with each client's logo or name.
