We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead for one of the company's next expansion markets, Ohio, to help grow and retain enterprise customers in the area and the surrounding Columbus region.
This role is very demanding and requires a high degree of talent, guts, and hustle. Chariot is looking for a sales-oriented person who knows the landscape of Columbus well and can close deals at a high frequency. You will help source new B2B leads, develop marketing materials and pitch decks, get deals closed, and communicate with new and existing enterprise clients.


  • Identify new ways to get the Chariot experience in front of new enterprise clients
  • Build sales pitches using presentation-building software
  • Work with Chariot's proprietary models to create route options for potential customers
  • Manage outsourced contractors conducting online research about Columbus area employers
  • Do anything it takes to win… Always Be Closing!


  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience
  • Persistence and win-at-all-costs attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset: you will be expected to produce tangible results
  • Desire to grow into a broader role at Chariot
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment
  • A charismatic personality that people are naturally attracted to


  • Someone who doesn’t enjoy doing cold outreach
  • Someone who gets down and out when told 'no' by a potential client
  • Someone who doesn’t like interacting with people
