Interested in changing the way people get places, by building a world-changing product? Join Chariot's Product team as an intern, where you'll get first-hand experience building digital and physical products at the world's largest on-demand shuttle company.
Your primary responsibilities will include — but not be limited to — providing new insight on the Chariot product, designing solutions to solve our most difficult challenges and implementing the solutions to those problems (with the help and advice of our product, design and engineering teammates). It's an opportunity to have a huge impact on a real-world product that affects thousands of lives every day, and learn alongside product managers and designers. By the end of the summer, you will launch a new feature in our iOS or Android apps, or on our web site.
Perform customer interviews, surveys, user shadowing and data analysis
Combine user insights you've gained with internal feedback to create a "product requirements document" (PRD) covering a change needed to Chariot's products
Develop an executive-level presentation with actionable recommendations based on key insights
Work with product managers, designers and engineers to define, build and measure the success of product features and enhancements.
Applicants should currently be enrolled in a masters program or have equivalent work experience. The internship will take place during the summer of 2018 in San Francisco.
