Request a check/voucher with the amount equal to (or greater than) the Chariot pass or credit package you want to buy.

Fill out the back of the check. Make sure to include your name, user ID (found on your account page), and which pass or credit pack you want the check to apply to.

We ask for 2-3 business days to process your check, so make sure you have a valid pass or enough credits in your account to cover your commute for those days.
What do I save with commuter benefits?
If you pay with commuter benefits, the cost of a Chariot monthly pass is taken out of your paycheck pre-tax.
For a Chariot monthly pass at $119 per month, this means you can save up to $48 on your pass! (Assuming 40% income tax.)
What date do I need to sign up by?
For most commuter benefits providers, you need to sign up by the 10th of the current month to be good to go for the following month.
For example: Looking to sign up for June 1st? You have until May 10th to sign up.
This date may vary. Please check with your commuter benefits provider to ensure you don't miss the cut-off!
How do I apply my commuter benefits to my Chariot account?
If your employer provides you with commuter checks, you can simply hand the check to your Chariot driver.
If your commuter benefits are on a debit card, add the card as your payment method.
If you use WageWorks, you can sync your account.
